Q: Are your products cruelty free?
 A: yes all our products are cruelty free, toxic free and vegan friendly.

Q: Where do you ship to?
 A: We ship to the UK, USA, Canada, Australia, European Union. Please enquire if you country is not listed on hello@mrsabeaute.com


Q: What am I charged taxes? A: For customers based in EU countries. Since Brexit (UK leaving the EU) from Jan 01 2021 parcels are subject to customs and duty fees.To give the best customer shopping experience we have integrated taxes (customs & duties) at checkout for your convenience. If this is not integrated, the customer becomes liable to pay taxes (customs/VAT/handling fee) in customer's country upon delivery which can create more delays in receiving your orders.

Q: Where is my order?

A: We aim to despatch orders within two (2) to three (3) working days which includes Mon-Saturday. Tracking numbers are sent out using the phone numbers and email address that was used at time of purchase.

Please be aware: Once orders have been despatched from our address.

Domestic Shipping: Allow up to two (2) to three (3) days for delivery during non busy seasons such as Christmas. Currently we use Royal Mail Track 48 for all domestic deliveries. Any delayed orders are out of our control but do not hesitate to contact us at hello@mrsabeaute.com. 

International Shipping: Please be aware once your order has left our premises. Any delays incurred are beyond our control. Currently we use Royal Mail/Parcel Force for all International deliveries. If your parcel becomes lost/delayed within the departing country which is the United Kingdom do not hesitate to contact us on hello@mrsabeaute.com and we will assist further. 

Mrs A Beauté relinquishes all liability if your parcel/order  becomes severely delayed/lost within your country (Customer's Country) borders. How your/customer's customs or postal services operate is beyond our control. All customers should be aware of the speed limitations of their domestic postal services. As a result you will most likely receive your order after the estimated delivery date.

Q: Are your glitters & pigments safe to use on the eye?

 A: yes, all our glitters and pigments are cosmetic grade and toxic free. Be careful of fall out when using near the eye by tapping excess before applying. They are all safe to use on the eyes, lips, body & nails.

 Q: How do you safely remove your glitters or pigments from the skin?

 A: Use any makeup removal wipes, makeup remover with a cotton pad or makeup removing balm. Our pigments or glitters will not scratch or cause friction when removing.
