Shipping policy
Q: What am I charged taxes?
A: For customers based in EU countries. Since Brexit (UK leaving the EU) from Jan 01 2021 parcels are subject to customs and duty fees. From January 01 2025, all EU customers who choose to shop at Mrs. A Beaute Ltd will be liable to pay taxes such as customs & excise duties or VAT or Handling fee in your country before receiving your goods.
All orders from the EU will be sent Delivered Duties Unpaid (DDU). This means the recipient will be asked to pay VAT and a handling fee before the item is delivered. Mrs. A Beaute accepts no liability when customers incur these charges. VAT and handling fee is collected by the customer's country.
Please do not delay when notification of payment is sent out by your postal services. Failure to pay these taxes will result in your goods being sent back and refund denied.
Please ensure the correct address is added when ordering. We cannot change address details once the sales process is completed. Mrs. A Beaute Ltd will not liable for parcels not delivered to the correct address which will void any returns.

Q: Where is my order?
A: We aim to despatch orders within two (2) to three (3) working days which includes Mon-Saturday. Please ensure that the correct address is registered before check-out. Tracking numbers are sent out using the phone numbers and email address that was used at time of purchase.
*Please be aware: Once orders have been despatched from our address.
Domestic Shipping: Allow up to two (2) to three (3) days for delivery during non busy seasons such as Christmas. Currently we use Royal Mail Track 48 for all domestic deliveries. Any delayed orders are out of our control but do not hesitate to contact us at hello@mrsabeaute.com.
International Shipping: Please be aware once your order has left our premises. Any delays incurred are beyond our control. Currently we use Royal Mail/Parcel Force for all International deliveries. If your parcel becomes lost/delayed within the departing country which is the United Kingdom do not hesitate to contact us on hello@mrsabeaute.com and we will assist you further in a timely manner.
*Australian Customers: Please be aware that your parcels will become severely delayed. It can take up to three (3) to six (6) months for your parcel to travel through the Australian Post process.
According to Australian Post parcels can get stuck for many months at the Australian Customs and therefore customers should be prepared to be inconvenienced. Customers are welcomed to contact us at hello@mrsabeaute.com and we will do our very best to assist your inquiries but please bear in mind we do not work for the Australian Post and have no control of these delays.
Furthermore we will not be issuing any full or partial refunds until the full time of six (6) months have elapsed.

RETURNED PARCELS:
All parcels that have left our warehouse, have tracking numbers issued using the information (email) that customers have provided during the checkout process. International Customers: Please be advised to use parcel tracking to stay up to date as your parcel moves through the postal provider's network. When notified of the parcel arrival within your county's borders please make the necessary arrangements to collect your parcel. After a considerable amount of time if your parcels are not collected, your postal provider will mark your parcel as 'unclaimed' and will return your parcel to Mrs. A Beauté's warehouse. Please be aware that 'No Refunds' will be issued.

Mrs A Beauté relinquishes all liability if your parcel/order becomes severely delayed/lost within your country's borders (customer's country).
How your country's customs or postal services operate is beyond our control. All customers should be aware of the speed limitations of their domestic postal services. As a result you will most likely receive your order after the estimated delivery date.
When dealing with your order inquiries cyberbullying and aggressive emails will not be tolerated.
