Refund policy

Can I return my items?

Due to the nature of our products, health and hygienic reasons we cannot offer a returns or exchange. We also do not offer *refunds or returns in the case of 'change of mind', unwanted items or 'because of the look'.

In the event that you are unhappy with your order, please contact our customer service dedicated email on hello@mrsabeaute.com stating your order number and your query. If you receive a product with manufacturing defects, you have 2 days from the date of receiving to report it. Please do not hesitate to contact us on  hello@mrsabeaute.com and we do our very best to assist you. 

 When you purchase from us your Bank or Credit Card statement will show your purchase as 'Mrs. A Beauté  or If you are unsure please contact us on our dedicated customer service email on hello@mrsabeaute.com.

*Customers who choose to file a chargeback against Mrs. A Beauté Ltd for unknown reasons other than fraudulent purchases i.e someone other than yourself who unlawfully gained access to your bank details or shopping account. Please note; you will be free to order again but the fulfillment of future orders will be at the discretion of Mrs. A Beauté.

*Returns where Applicable

If your receive an item with a manufacturing defect. You must notify us within three (3) days of receiving your order. A refund may be issued.

*Refund Approval

If your refund is approved. We will process and a credit will be automatically applied to your original method of payment within 7-14 days. If your have not received your refund yet. It may take some time depending on the processing time of your original method of payment. *Please note; issued refunds do not include your shipping/postage costs.
